These are some alternative sources for funding.

There may be some funding on entrepreneurship that is themed on poverty, rural, social, equality issues etc. If your startup/store is in a way related to these social causes, you may apply for those funds, for examples eco-farming store, rural product store, store hiring senior citizens, rural folks, refugees etc..

Many countries have set up funds to promote entrepreneurship during this financial crisis but I couldn’t find similar initiatives in Netherland government websites.
