Quick Response (QR) codes with password

People could register to obtain a secure QR that would also be attached to a password. QR would be issue on personal basis a people would carry it like a drivers license on their wallets.
When the service provider wants to offer a secure option to log in to their service they would ask to register a QR code password validated, and after the user shows his QR code to the camera and input his password the system won't let him go through.
