Constructing a series of inter linked bio gas plants along drains will yield sufficient gas to dry and burn polythenes, rubers etc. in one hand and it will create hydraulic pressure in the drain so that choking of drains can be stopped. The gas from the interlinked grid can also be sold to earn sufficient revenue for the municipalty.
