WHO IS PROFITING FINANCIALLY FROM THE CONFLICT?

Make the manufacturing and sale of all weapons be for non-profit only. Limit the pay of managers/owners/stockholders of these companies to 100K USD per year.

Put anyone who profits from the sale of arms in jail, on either side.

Simple.
