Innovative Solution for:

Long-Term Care - Affordable?

Team system

Let's suppose down the street there are ten old persons which are in need for assistance daily and their family cannot support them either financially, either in time manner, either at all. These ten persons should then form three teams, moving in together and helping each other. This way there will be used only three houses, the rest of 7 can be rented and they can bring an extra nice income for the old people, they can use it to hire a professional for extra help, for example.
Of course there are many variables but with a good plan and much willing it can be. When there's no other solution one can make such compromises which, in the end, can bring major benefits in terms of friendship, help, constant nearness of another soul, companion, money, etc.
