"Neurons and Neutra": Whole Brain Solutions for the Whole Brain!

We have just tested our "Neurons and Neutra" event to help primary & middle school kids about how they use their brain and extended nervous system to engage their "spatial intelligence." Architecture observation and improvisational movement inquiry uses spatial networks on both sides of the brain to orient us in space as well as to generate spatial design using principles of scale and proportion. Our project is inspired by the work of Richard Neutra and the film maker Tim Burton (especially his spatial design for Alice in Wonderland. To learn more join us for our summer intensive training for teachers, coaches and designers.

P.S. May I urge people to learn a little more about neuroscience so they recognize the right & left hemispheres are working together in all creative arts and activities!
