Require all shows that have a clearly delineated bias--and typically self-proclaimed as such--to be accessible by subscription only. Talk show hosts who are very liberal or very conservative, for example, will not be on the public airwaves. If people want to hear them, they can subscribe to the programs. Only shows without bias will be heard/seen on the free (i.e. non-cable) network radio and TV stations. This may be viewed as banning free speech. All I can say is, their speech is not being banned, they can still be heard by those who are willing to pay to hear them. The remaining shows, which can be seen and heard for free, will have to revamp their material and approach to news stories, to assure that they are not biased.
