Non-biodegradable plastic waste

Use plastic for building in the 3rd world

Plastic that cannot be incinerated could perhaps be heated and moulded into bricks, very much like lego.
Less plastic lying around and more housing. I have no idea as to how structurally safe it would be or any of the other logistics, but with the right type of investement and knowledge, this could possibly a solution to both problems.

The properties that make these plastics inappropriate to incinerate would make them not only hazardous, but in all probability would make them deadly in a home fire. These plastics release toxic corr..
