Stop you life for a week while you get off it

Expect that you will be very sleepy whey you stop consuming caffeine. Avoid driving if possible, and preferably take a week when you are off work. You may sleep 12 hours or more a day. Then after 3-4 days you will have increased energy and find that you have more energy than you ever got from caffeine. This is because your natural energy level will return.
