Computers are wonderful, fun, useful, and contribute immensely toward helping to make the world a much better place. That said, it could be a great health and energy boost to take one to two weeks away from all electronic products every so often or even once a year. This is because when you only have yourself and other human beings, nature and tangible things (as opposed to virtual things) around you, you get a renewed perspective. Just try it. It stimulates a creativity that can be preempted by use of computers - maybe because you have to use your inner knowledge and feelings rather than looking on line for the answer to anything you want to know...
