Young adult workaholics are pawns of a corporate culture that pushes work-a-holism.

Work-alacholics need mentors

Once solution to younger workers who push to hard is to get a mentor. A mentor in any corporate setting is usually well established, experienced, and has a certain degree of respect. A younger workers who is pushing themselves too hard is trying to establish themselves in the pecking order and make impressions.
