Enact Binding Arbritration

Work Stoppages can be crippling to a company and should be used as a last resort. Many unions have used this to empower their way into achieving an agenda for themselves regardless if it hurts the company financially. To the average person this looks like blackmail. The union model is outdated, instead of working as a collection to protect workers, its become a group working to get "The biggest and best out of the pie". There's nothing wrong about wanting to be successful, but using the threat of strikes to extort salaries beyond the market value should be illegal.

The government should step in with the courts and create a branch of judicial wing that strictly rules on binding arbritration. Let a judge settle any contractual or issues between a union and company. The laws can be enforced and decision final. Therefore an agreement can be worked out without crippling a company.
