Cat litter boxes smell bad

It would be wiser for cat lovers to scoop up cat waste from cat litter boxes, place it inside of a brown paper bag and bury it in their own back yard - everything would then decompose naturally in time without any further smell or problem to the environment.

Most of the bad odors come from decomposition caused by micro-organisms. Then, sterilisation would be a good solution. Different easy and cheap ways to do so are: 1) UV lamps (There are different kind..
