FBI, CIA etc should employ these hackers that attempt to break into there supposed unbreakable firewalls etc and let the hacker create software to catch these criminals.

The amount of theoretical situations adverted on various Hollywood block busters should give the government ideas of ways to catch these criminals.

Hackers catching hackers is the future. I have no links to this solution. Look at "Catch me if you can" the movie. Fraudster who evades FBI for X amount of months and then becomes employed by the FBI to catch cheque fraudsters.

Based on a true story their is the proof.
