At the start of the new term both the teacher and the pupils agree and sign up to a teacher pupils agreement. Both have a different set of task that they have to agree to. All pupils have to sign up to the agreement, if they wish not to the parents are asked in to school and explained that they need to then sign it on the pupiils behave and the parents are then contacted as soon as the contract is broken. A set seating plan is to be put in place and this plan happens in every lesson. Positive praise when ever posssible look at the positive not the negative. The teacher to be well planned and not having to think on their feet
