I think the main reason for someone getting stressed out of a certain thing is that the person doesn't love what he is doing. So my advice is do what you love or love what you do.
If you are stressed out of a certain thing then thats because you are doing something you don't love. So if possible try to fallow the 1st rule. Do what you love. Try to find some job that you truly love. Start enjoying what you are doing. Then your work place will become heaven. The amount of work you'll be having won't be a problem because you love it . You will be stress free.
If you are not in a position to apply the rule number 1, you have to apply rule number 2. That is love what you do. This is bit hard. In this case you'll have to go against your self. That means you have to change your attitudes. For instance think your are student and you hate maths. So how are you going to succeed. The one and only way is you have to start loving the subject. See the beauty of mathematics. Try to read more on the subject and when start loving it and when you start seeing its beauty no one can stop you. And there won't be any stress. This applies to any situation.

So do what you love or love what you do!!!
