recycle, reduce and reuse

i do this in pune, in India.
i have trained the servants/ sweepers and the local workers on recycling and the amount of money they can earn from the daily things rich people just decide to throw out. now they value plastic, glass, wood, foam, tetrapack.
for kitchen waste i convert it into compost for a monthly fee of rs 4000/- i.e approx 100$ per month for a community residential area of 100 members, thats 1$ per family per month. as a business man my profit is 30% per family per month.
