A few steps to avoid stress.

1: People in developing countries, i will discuss developing countries as i belong to Pakistan and it’s a developing country, usually before choosing their profession don't think rightly. They are droved by the charm of a few professions as they don't have the right and required exposure to the practical life, by charm and influence drives them towards that profession and at that moment they make the mistake by ignoring their actual capabilities and opting the professions of those few glittering people to whom they have the exposure. When they enter a field against their capabilities, they cannot excel in it as they don't have the right abilities to perform their job and interests in that field. And this is the birth of mental stress. If they choose their field of interest this will help them avoid the upcoming stress load.

2: Everybody wants to be the top performer in his/her respective field, and it takes time to be a flawless performer, nobody can achieve the top performance from start, in this race of becoming the best people start using unfair means and short cuts which harms their performance in long run as they skip many important steps which are necessary to be taken to cope up the challenges of their job and hence they are unable to cope up with the upcoming challenges faced and it creates stress.

3: Every job has a few common prerequisites which depend upon the individual performer, like cleanliness, fresh mind, honesty and enthusiasm to serve. All these points depend upon the individual performer and can avoid stress. We should keep our environment and stuff clean at our work place and we should be well prepared before work, we should have plenty of sleep and a balance diet to keep our mind and body relaxed and fresh. We are paid for our services so we should devote our full efforts towards our job during our duty and should give top priority to our job during working hours. This will help us to improve our performance and avoid stress which can be caused by bad performance.
