Encourage producers of film and TV to include accessibility features and people with disabilities using them just as they do for soft drinks, automobiles and tobacco. People using guide dogs, wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, etc, etc in the background of ordinary shots. Also using actors with disabilities whereever possible. This would increase awareness and help to normalize disabilities.
As a charitable organization you could issue a tax reciept for a chairitable donation in lieu of paying for the placement as other marketers would. There would be no cost to you, the producers could recover their costs and actors with disabilities could get some work. Win, win, win!
