Serious Jail Time or the Death Penalty

As a deterrent to this type of crime, there should be serious jail time or even the death penalty. When you consider the hundreds of millions of dollars of damage these people do, and the time and energy stolen from business that have to repair and deal with the effects of these viruses, this idea is not so far fetched.
