ID email

All email have a new ID number that identifies the person sending it. This ID number can verify that you are sending a legitimate email. The mailing servers would ignore all non-ID email. This would work well within intercompany memo's and services.

That solution exists but it's not pushed enough. I sign my emails using PGP and it would be easy to build a signing service that would integrate PGP to web-forms or webmailer as well. Just like "g..
