Crush/grind the ewaste into a fine/coarse sand. Over time the various components of the sand will separate, possibly to point that elemental components can easily be extracted for re-use.

Or potentially the sand itself could be used in various applications, i.e. for foundations in the construction industry, making concrete?, etc.

Also the smaller size of the waste, as sand, is much more spatially efficient.
