Known Solution for:

Executive Pay for Non Preformance

Shareholders must be accountable.

The topic of executive pay must come down to shareholders to make more decisions on companies that reward incompetence. The government should not get involved with executive pay. A solution would rest on the shareholders of the stock that own the company and can give the best performance reviews of the executives. The compensation level is not dictated by the market value that this level, which hiring a CEO or staff is decided by the board or executive management. Let the shareholders have the ability to review the performance of each individual in the executive staff and determine how much each is rewarded for their performance.
