Known Solution for:

Alienation in capitalist systems

Alienation can be fought by innovation

Alienation of work can be stopped by innovation and education. When work dries up due to alienation, or the artificial class causes no production of work, true capitalist societies will retrain thier workforce and go into a new area. For example, many IT jobs were outsourced overseas due to cost. While many jobs were alienated by technology (better communication overseas and cheaper), the IT field lost many jobs. Many IT folks then entered into a new job market based on new training and innovation. The IT field changed from simple programming to more web design and creative and innovative jobs.
