A Bomb or any other weapon is designed for only one purpose, Death & Destruction. The question is, we feel safe if it is with the Good guys. Free flow of such information has to be regulated; Countries like Singapore and UAE have curtailed certain explicit sex sites. Similarly, bomb making sites should be curtailed from public domain. Software should be developed to track all IP addresses accessing such sites, and its location should be intimated to the nearest Police station in that country. People accessing such sites should be made aware that they are under constant surveillance.
