Reverse psychology
It’s easy to put blame on others. In case children use of reverse psychology works. What I mean by that is treat them when ever they do good stuff or good behavior. This treat can be anything ranging from clapping, appreciating, recognition, gift or even a certificate (best student of the month). This way you can slowly introduce good habits among children even without their knowledge. It also can be use other way around. If a child is behaving badly then you don’t punish him/her but try to talk to him/her why he/she is doing this. You will be surprised that 7 out of 10 times the reasons for their bad behavior are so trivial that you can solve them immediately. Once you gain their confidence they will start listing to you. Punishing them for everything will make them more stubborn and will increase their bad behavior. If you want a child to listen what you want to say then you have to first listen what that child has to say.
