Password protect the computers at work

Access to the computers systems have to be restricted. The way to perform this is have all computers have user based log in. A strong password will help from people hacking the computer system. Each person has their own id. This will prevent other people from accessing other peoples computers at work. In addition, once you have a user specific account, you can limit where that user can go through the data network to protect vital information.
