Education system is part of cultural positions

The education system is designed as part of the culture of the community/country. The culture of corporate america is competition, innovation drives profits. This is reflected in the learnings of the school. Other countries have a different culture. Brazil is a more family and personal oriented culture, which is directly embedded through it's education system.

In order to change the education system to teach the joy of living, we must blend and mix other cultures into our own. If there was more interaction with other countries education system, we could learn from other countries what works, and model ourselves after them.
