Known Solution for:

Young adult workaholics are pawns of a corporate culture that pushes work-a-holism.

No Limited Liability for Corporations

Back to true laissez faire could be one solution-- according to Adam Smith's definition, this would imply a large number of suppliers, none of whom have a sway over the market. In addition to positives in improving the work culture, laissez faire would also encourage true innovation, local solutions, a greener earth and innovation that drives society away from neo- liberal ideas that are so entrenched now. But the marketing muscle and clout of large corporations is so great that the trend is more towards monopoly/ oligopoly situations. One solution to this could be to reverse the 'limited liability' clause for companies/ corporations and revert to the days when corporations ran with a clear charter for activities that enhanced the interests of the population at large.
