Solve Your Challenges
How to work with IdeaConnection to achieve solutions to your challenges:
Confidentiality
Both parties sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
Client Agreement
Both parties sign the Client Agreement.
Challenge Detail Document
You submit a Challenge Detail Document to IdeaConnection.
Solutions
You will receive one or more Solutions within 8 weeks of receipt of Agreement and funds.
IP Transfer
If you accept a solution, documentation (Addendum D) will be forwarded to you.
Payment
If you reject all solutions, there is no payment due, otherwise the Award amount set out in the Challenge Detail Document is due net 30.
