Production of polyazol composites

Producing polyazole-composite (I) from polyazole homopolymers and/or polyazole-copolymers by a polycondensation reaction of a monomer A comprising hydrazine and/or its derivative and monomer B comprising dicarboxylic acid and/or its derivatives with a filler, comprises: (a) functionalizing the filler in a condensation agent, preferably phosphoric acid by heating under inert gas atmosphere; (b) mixing the monomers (A) and (B) with a mixture of step (a) to a solution; (c) heating the solution under an inert atmosphere; and precipitating, preferably neutralizing the solution. Producing polyazole-composite (I) from polyazole homopolymers and/or polyazole-copolymers by a polycondensation reaction of a monomer A comprising hydrazine and/or its derivatives and monomer B comprising dicarboxylic acid and/or its derivatives with at least a filler, comprises: (a) functionalizing the filler in a condensation agent, preferably phosphoric acid by heating under an inert gas atmosphere; (b) mixing the monomers (A) and (B) with a mixture of step (a) to form a solution; (c) heating the solution under an inert atmosphere; and precipitating, preferably neutralizing the solution in a precipitation medium into a polyazole-composite. An independent claim is included for (I) containing at least a filler that is functionalized by polyazole, obtained by the above method.
