Compositions and Methods for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Ductal Cancer

The present invention includes compositions and methods for diagnosing and treating pancreatic cancer. These compositions and methods are based on the finding that 14-3-3s protein is secreted from pancreatic cancer cells and is therefore a specific biomarker protein.
