Chromosomal Rearrangement

Materials and methods for the detection and mapping of chromosomal rearrangements in a biological sample are provided. In general, the assay involves the synthesis of detectably labeled nucleic acid extension products off the DNA template provided by the biological sample followed by hybridization of those products to an array.
