Temperature-sensitive Liposomal Preparation

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome useful in methods of administering active agents using mild hyperthermic conditions. ; SOLUTION: There is provided the liposome containing an active agent and has a lipid bilayer membrane comprising phospholipid and lysolipid, wherein the phospholipid is a primary lipid source of the lipid bilayer membrane, and the lysolipid is contained in the bilayer membrane in an amount sufficient to increase the percentage of the active agent released at a phase transition temperature compared to the amount produced in a condition in the absence of the lysolipid. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
