Crowdsource Your Decision Making

April 29, 2013 By IdeaConnection

seesaw2‘I used to be indecisive, but now I’m not so sure’ – so the hoary old gag goes.

Well, if you really can’t make up your mind about decisions in your life, it might not surprise you to know that you can now outsource them to the crowd.

Seesaw is a new app that lets you share your dilemmas and difficulties with the world and his wife.

This is how it works:

You have a difficult decision to make but are undecided.  So you post photos of the choices in front of you.  It could be a dress you want to buy, a hat you want to wear, deciding where to eat, or even your next hairstyle.

You then share these choices with your friends via text message and social media networks.  They can respond without signing up to the app, but if they don’t give you enough feedback you can share your post with the entire Seesaw community.

Opinions from the Crowd

The idea is that the crowd will reply to your post and help you to make up your mind.  You just sit back and wait for the responses to come in.

The easy-to use interface will tell you how many votes have been cast and the support in percentage terms for each of your choices.  All that leaves you to do is to pick the selection that’s garnered the most votes.

Seesaw’s community is growing and the app could be a boon to those who need some quick help to make decisions.  The app is available for free at the iOS App store.
