Best Advice
Lital’s role sees her frequently developing new collaborative models and she has forged numerous creative partnerships that have generated many win-win scenarios – for P&G and for its collaborators.
When asked by the Boston Business Journal about the best advice she’s been given, Lital replied: “When interested in getting something – don’t think – just go and do it! In 2007 I had a vision of starting up an open-innovation hub for P&G in Israel.
“My general manager, Sophie, told me to make it happen. And so I did: I convinced P&G R&D about the high potential of the ecosystem and managed to lead P&G IHI – Israel House of Innovation.”
