Evidence has suggested that social determinants of health and community service digital data sets add important information that the Agency may use to better predict and plan for the optimal use of limited resources and ultimately improve health outcomes. AHRQ seeks tools that support visualizing such data clusters to enhance our research and analysis of community-level health services.
