The challenge aims to identify a group of investigators and/or companies with the required technical capacity to develop a solution for a portable medical device, associated with a software, for the processing and registration of informationThis medical device will monitor certain parameters or indicators related with the respiratory functions and vital signs of patients and outpatient individuals. The technological solution should have the technical capacity to collect objective measures.
