One goal: The optimization of Industrial process for the improvement of fluidity and flow of natural matter during spray drying.

Using an industrialized process that turns natural materials into a powder substance that can be consumed the process being used follows 3 main steps: extraction, spray drying and conditioning.

After performing several tests on substitutes for silicon dioxide (used as a processing aid), the search is on for an alternative durable solution that offers an improvement in fluidity while avoiding a build up of residue material.

There are a few more requirements you'll need to be meet to solve this challenge, but with a reward of up to 25,000 it's one to try!
