WHO estimates say that here are 382 million people in the world living with diabetes as on December 2013. This is almost 8% of the world's adult population. Advance innovations in the diagnostics, therapeutic, preventive area of Diabetes will be of great interest to clinician and the patient community.

There are more than 60 percent of diabetic patients not meeting their desired therapeutic goals with currently available treatments, there is ample room for product improvement.

We believe the priority areas for innovations to make a paradigm shift in diabetes lie in technology, molecular or cellular, dietary modulators or lifestyle modifications.
