Quadcopter Lands on Ceilings and Walls

Inspired by the dry-adhesive developed for glass-clinging, gecko-like robots, researchers have created a quadcopter able to stick upside down to a smooth surface—opening the door for a new breed of search and rescue (or spy) robots.
