Confusion and improper process followed to capture, replicate and analyze the problems reported in a system
Solution:
Creation of an online repository with separate buckets for each module and sub-module of the system with privilege access to users depending on their type of work. This online repository had apt optimized no of fields needed to capture the problem of the system with steps to replicate it and had log files along with it to guide the system condition. The added advantages were it acted as a knowledge base and a streamlined process model for the entire problem solving phase.
My role was of the : Idea proposer, Problem solver, Designer, System Architect and coder.
I had a team of 12 people including me and I lead the team.
