- Solved an years long and very common Indian problem in companies in India, in an MNC in India, where employees were unhappy, less motivated and carrying bad relationship among them and were resigning.
I involved the company management into it and motivated team by solving and listening to the unattended problems and issues they had, like safety, over time, salary and improved on these aspects with good work's appreciations, and a more harmony within the team. I was then, officially announced the mentor of all Shop floor employees.
