1. I am in the middle of my VIII Semester project at ACTREC (Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer). During the brief period of 3 months of my project , I have been able to imbibe the skills necessary for the project work, and have carried out my work swiftly, attaining results on a daily basis without creating any backlog work.During project work , we are required to standardize the techniques we are carrying out, and troubleshoot any problems that may come along. For example while carrying out Immunohistochemical analysis of oral tumor sections, i was unable to achieve appropriate staining of the sections. I looked up the literature for reasons as to why it was happening, took sugestions from my seniors, and was successful in standardizing the technique
