My customers come to me with problems and by asking lots of questions, I find them answers. One of my customers needed a part for their camera, so I suggested that they either call a local repair center or go to the local Goodwill and purchase a used camera which I know would have the part that they required.

- Because of what happened with the emergency equipment during Katrina Storm,
I pushed our local Cert(first responders) to not centralize our equipment at town hall but to give each of the ward captains duplicate tools. This way, if one location was damaged, we would not lose all of our tools.
