I have created the model of IM-ED Coaching (Coaching for Innovation) based on the foundation of coaching theories, principles and models.
I wrote book on innovations, one of them is INNOVATE WE CAN! as a reference book for innovation written in Indonesian.
I developed and keep developing models and diagnosis tools for innovation and management of innovation.
