Here's one, take a 170 lb. 10 ft piece of steel conduit, support it at table level, spin it and apply a perfect double spiral tape wrap, half lapped with 20 mil. 2 'wide corrosion resistant tape (3M) in less that 3 minutes per piece. Good Luck
