Problem Solver

E E Koroni

My strongest contribution to any team /task force facing a challenge would be (a) setting a time horizon and mapping result expectations against it along with the stakeholder/client, and (b) establishing from the outset that each and any assignment should have a distinct beginning, middle and end. Rolling assignments are, to my mind, disorientating to those who are seeking specific & measurable results within the agreed time frame, so I prefer to work with short- to mid- term achievable targets/milestones (in sequence if necessary).
In terms of hierarchy, I am happy to take on the senior role and responsibility in managing a project or alternatively can work well within a multi-disciplinary team, bearing a distinct role. Either way, I have a strong sense of accountability for what I undertake and expect the team to be like-minded with or without my leadership.

Areas E E Koroni is Knowledgeable in:

Charity Sector, Financial Services Sector, Emerging Markets, Developing Markets, Corporate Strategy & Restructuring, Interim Troubleshooting. Expatriate assignments are of particular interest, especially in troubleshooting and interim roles.
