Edward Glassman, Ph.D., was the President of the Creativity College, part of Leadership Consulting Services, Inc. He founded and headed the Program For Team Excellence when he was a Professor at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and led numerous workshops and problem-solving Creativity & Innovation meetings for many scores of large and small corporations.

In addition, he wrote several books and hundreds of articles and newspaper columns about "Creativity At Work" and "Business Creativity."
