  1. The Moore Foundation: Led a 22 person group from 6 countries in the development and acceptance of new guidelines for philanthropic venture investing in the environmental protection of the Brazilian Rain Forest.
  2. Tamara Productions LLC: Led a 12 person group representing 4 different stakeholders to gain clarity and consensus re: the name, positioning, and marketing of a new theatrical production in Las Vegas.
  3. Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival: led a 12 person group comprised of the Board of Trustees and senior management in the development of a 3-Year Strategic Plan that transforms this non-for-profit performing arts organization from a small, local organization to a regional leader.
  4. Restoration Hardware: Led 35 person senior management team in the development of their annual 3-Year Strategic Planning, culminating in an interactive presentation to the Board.
  5. Sycle: Organized and led 5-person senior team (including founders) in the development of annual strategic priorities for growth and development of enterprise software ASP.
